Terms of Service

These terms cover tempohub.shop, the Tempo Hub scripts (free and premium), premium keys, and our Discord server, together called "Tempo" or "the service". "We" and "us" means Tempo Hub. By using the site, buying a key or running our scripts, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If something here isn't clear, ask in the Discord before you buy.

1. Who can use Tempo

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy anything. Purchases are for personal use only.

2. What you're buying

A premium key is a license that gives one person access to the Tempo Hub premium scripts for as long as the key lasts:

• Weekly and Monthly: subscriptions. Each one starts with 7 or 30 days, counted from the first time you run the key, and then renews automatically (see section 6).
• Lifetime: for as long as Tempo Hub runs its premium scripts.
• Free day keys from the Discord last 24 hours from the first run.

Keys are locked to your device. If you switch PCs, ask for a reset in the Discord. You're buying access, not ownership: the scripts stay ours.

3. Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run the scripts while your key is active. You may not:

• share, sell, rent, trade or give away your key;
• copy, redistribute, re-upload or resell the scripts or any part of them;
• deobfuscate, decompile, reverse engineer or dump the scripts, or try to get around the key system;
• use the service to attack, harass, scam or dox anyone, or to break the law.

Breaking these rules can get your key turned off without a refund and get you banned from the Discord and from buying again.

4. Roblox, games and your account

Tempo Hub isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the makers of any game we support. Roblox and all game names belong to their owners, and we use them only to say which games our scripts work with. Using scripts can break Roblox's Terms of Use and the rules of the games you play. You use Tempo at your own risk, and your Roblox account is your responsibility. We're not liable for bans, lost items, lost progress or anything else that happens to your account.

5. Updates and downtime

Games update all the time, and an update can break a feature until we fix it. We fix things as fast as we can and post the status in the Discord, but we don't promise every feature works at every moment. We can add, change or remove features. If a game shuts down or we stop supporting it, your key keeps working for the games that are still supported.

6. Payments

Automatic renewal. Weekly and Monthly plans (and Daily plans bought before Daily was retired) renew automatically and charge the same card every week or month (every day for Daily) at the price you signed up at, until you cancel. Each renewal adds that much time to the same key. You can cancel anytime at tempo-shop.teekhub.workers.dev/manage or by asking in our Discord; cancelling stops future charges, and your key keeps working until the end of the time you've already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, nothing more is charged and the key runs out at the end of the paid time. Lifetime is a single payment and never renews.

Payments go through Stripe or PayPal, so we never see your card details. Prices are in US dollars and can change, but a change never affects a key you've already bought. For refunds, see the Refund Policy. If you open a chargeback or dispute instead of talking to us first, your key gets turned off and you're banned from buying again.

7. Referral program

Anyone can get a referral code from the Earn dashboard or with /referral in our Discord. By using a code to earn, you agree to these rules:

• What you earn: a buyer who uses your code gets 10% off, and you earn 20% of what they actually paid, unless we've given your code a different rate. We can change rates for future sales at any time.
• Holding period: earnings stay pending for 14 days after each sale. If an order is refunded or charged back, its earnings are cancelled, even if they were already paid out or used. We can take that amount from future earnings.
• Payouts: cleared earnings can be cashed out from $10 to PayPal or Cash App, or used right away for premium keys. We send cash payouts by hand, usually within 3 days. Payment details you give us have to be yours and correct. We aren't responsible for money sent to details you entered wrong.
• Not allowed: earning from your own purchases or alt accounts; spam; fake reviews or misleading claims about Tempo (like "undetectable" or "can't get banned"); ads that bid on our name; pretending to be Tempo staff; and anything that breaks the rules of the platform you post on.
• Disclosure: when you share your code or link, make it clear it's a referral and that you earn from it, for example by adding "referral link" or "#ad".
• Enforcement: if you break these rules, we can turn off your code and cancel earnings that haven't been paid.
• Taxes: you're responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
• Changes: we can change or end the program. Cleared earnings from before a change or ending stay yours to cash out or use.

8. Our content

The scripts, the Tempo name and logo, and this website are ours. Our trademarks and branding can't be used without permission. If you think something on Tempo infringes your copyright, see our DMCA Policy.

9. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or undetected by any game or by Roblox.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tempo Hub isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, accounts, items or profits. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

11. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used the service or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the costs of that claim.

12. Ending access

You can stop using Tempo at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. Sections 3, 4 and 7 to 13 still apply after your access ends.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before taking any formal action, please contact us so we can try to sort it out first.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and big changes get announced in the Discord. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
