DMCA & Copyright Policy
Last updated September 28, 2026
Tempo Hub respects the intellectual property of others and expects the same from our users. We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and remove or disable access to infringing material when we get a valid notice.
Our scripts are our own code. We don't host or distribute any game's files, models, audio or other assets. Game names and logos appear only to identify which games our scripts work with, and belong to their owners.
Sending a takedown notice
If you believe material on tempohub.shop, in our script repository or in our Discord infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send a written notice to our copyright agent with all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
- The exact location of the material you want removed (a URL, file name or message link), with enough detail for us to find it.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Notices that leave out these items may not be valid, and we may not be able to act on them.

We review every valid notice promptly, usually within a few business days, and let the person who posted the material know when it comes down.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- What was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you're outside the United States, any judicial district where Tempo Hub may be found), and that you'll accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
When we get a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they've filed a court action, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we got the counter-notice.
Repeat infringers
We end the access of users who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights, including their keys and Discord membership, when that's appropriate.
False claims
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can be liable for damages. If you're not sure whether something infringes your rights, talk to a lawyer before sending a notice.
