Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Tempo Hub collects when you use tempohub.shop, buy a key, run our scripts or join our Discord, and what we do with it. The short version: we keep as little as we can, only to deliver your key and support you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• When you buy: your email address (from Stripe or PayPal), your Discord account ID and username (from the Discord login at checkout, used to give you the Premium role), the plan, the amount and the time of the order. Card and PayPal login details go straight to Stripe or PayPal. We never see them.
• When you run a key: the key and a hardware ID, handled by our key provider (Luarmor). That locks a key to your device and lets us spot shared keys. The scripts don't collect your Roblox password, files or anything else from your PC.
• When you visit the site: we count visits: one number per day, plus which kind of site sent you (YouTube, Discord, a search engine) and how many people click a checkout button. It's all totals, with nothing that identifies you. The companies that host the site (GitHub Pages and Cloudflare) also keep standard server logs, like your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
• If you use the referral program: your Discord ID, username and avatar when you log in with Discord (we only ask Discord for your basic profile, never your email or servers), your code, the orders made with it (plan, amount and date, never who bought), and the PayPal email or $Cashtag you give us for payouts. Buyers who use a code have that code saved with their order.
• In the Discord: whatever you post there, under Discord's own privacy policy.

What we use it for

• Delivering your key and giving you the Premium role.
• Support, refunds and answering your questions.
• Running the referral program: working out and paying your earnings.
• Stopping key sharing, fraud and chargeback abuse.
• Keeping records we're required to keep, like payment records for tax.

We don't sell or rent your data, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't send marketing emails.

Who else handles it

Only the services that make Tempo work, each under its own privacy policy:

• Stripe and PayPal process payments.
• Cloudflare runs our checkout and stores order records.
• Luarmor manages keys.
• Discord hosts the community and delivers roles and key DMs.
• GitHub hosts the website and the free scripts.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Cookies and this website

No ads and no tracking cookies. The only login is the optional Discord login for the referral dashboard, which keeps a session token in your browser's local storage until you log out. The visit counter above keeps one small flag in your browser's local storage (the date of your last visit), so the same person isn't counted as a new visitor twice in a day. It never leaves your browser and isn't used to track you anywhere else. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and asks Discord for the member count. Videos only load from YouTube (its privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player) when you click play. Our checkout stores nothing in your browser. Stripe and PayPal may use their own cookies on their checkout pages.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept while your key is active and for as long as we need them for refunds, fraud checks and tax. Hosting logs are kept by the hosts for their usual, short periods. When we no longer need something, we delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have more rights, like objecting to how we use your data or getting a copy of it. We'll honor these requests no matter where you live. Payment records we have to keep for tax stay with Stripe or PayPal. To make a request, open a ticket in the Discord or email us. We won't treat you differently for making one.

Children

Tempo isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

Order data sits behind access controls. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold small, which limits the damage if something ever goes wrong.

Where it's stored

Our providers run servers in the United States and other countries. By using Tempo, you understand your data may be processed there.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and big changes get announced in the Discord.
