Refund policy

Keys are digital and you get yours the moment you pay, so refunds are limited. We'd still rather give you your money back than leave you with something that doesn't work.

You get a refund if

• Your key never worked on a supported executor (see the "Works on" section), and we couldn't get it running within 72 hours of your ticket.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• A subscription renewed that you meant to cancel: ask within 48 hours of that renewal charge and we'll refund that renewal and cancel the subscription.

No refund for

• A key that has already been used normally.
• Bans or anything else that happens to your Roblox account.
• A game update that breaks a feature for a while. We fix those, and the fix comes to you for free.
• Executors we don't list as supported.
• Changing your mind after the key has been delivered.

How to ask

Open a ticket in our Discord within 7 days of buying. Include the email you paid with and what went wrong. Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with, and the key gets turned off.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us first. A chargeback turns off your key and bans you from buying again.
